Look forward to meeting you ♥️ ![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/05/27/14/00/46/b73f6551-8afa-4307-9b24-64dddce30315/DSC_5879.jpg) Katie's 15+ years as a professional jazz musician, facilitator and sensitive spirit have melded to create a focus on sharing how the subtle sensations of the nervous-system meets music theory and vibration, with an emphasis on healing. From her upbringing rich in nature, musical exploration and performance, she dived into the London jazz scene developing her fluency on bass guitar and being featured on BBC 6 Music and Jazz FM, before moving to Bristol to widen her practice to embrace the energetics of sound healing and embodiment where she shares her experience through sound healing events and workshops.

### Threshold marks the midpoint of the year. Gather to pause, reflect, and cross into the second half of the year with intention and clarity. We are halfway through the year. Whatever you set out to do in January — the hopes, the plans, intentions — our gathering is a moment to pause and meet where you actually are with honesty. We invite in a curiosity and playfulness about what we call in for the final half of the year. #### _Threshold is a two-hour afternoon experience held at midsummer to mark this exact moment. It moves through three distinct phases:_ **I. Look Back — Guided Journaling** We open with guided reflection through journaling to take stock of the year so far. The parts that arrived, left, changed, shifted — and what you're ready to release or carry forward. **II. Go Under — Shamanic Breathwork Journey** From that grounded place of reflection, we drop in. A guided shamanic breathwork journey, using a connected breath as a vehicle, to access what lies beneath the surface of the thinking mind. This is where the body speaks, where images arise, emotions move, and insights settle. **III. Land — Singing Bowl Integration** The journey closes with live singing bowls, holding you in stillness as the experience settles. Time to rest, integrate, and to simply be before returning to the world. #### Space is kept intentionally small at 12 people for an intimate experience. **Threshold is for you if:** - You feel the year so far has had a lot of moving parts, and you're seeking a pause to reflect - You want to move through the rest of the year with intention and purpose - You're curious about shamanic practice but have never found the right entry point - You know this work and you're ready to go deeper **No yoga, breathwork, or meditation experience is needed.** #### **How to Prepare:** - Come on a light stomach, at least 1.5 hours after eating. - Wear comfortable, loose clothing. - Bring a water bottle. - Bring a journal and a pen if you have (otherwise we will provide paper and writing materials). - Reserve some space for free time afterwards — you might need some time to ground before rejoining the world. ![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2025/09/23/16/53/26/29e57e72-7fde-4e97-bdbc-1368bcf8c6ed/Momence headers-2.png)

Dropping into presence. Breath steady. Heart beating. A tingle of nervous excitement. _Eyes opening._ You meet their gaze. A curiosity, a spark. Step inside the sacred and the profane. For one night, an old church is reclaimed — not for worship, but for celebration of the transgressive. A space once shaped by doctrine is opened again for something more primal, more human. Beneath vaulted ceilings and stained glass shadows, we gather not to obey, but to feel. To move. To connect. To remember that the sacred was never meant to be owned, but experienced through the liberation of your body. This is an invitation to reimagine holiness — not as restriction, but as full-bodied presence. Every step, every breath, every connection becomes its own kind of ritual. **This is a sober space. No drugs or alcohol, ** no numbing — just raw presence, pulsing bodies, and unfiltered connection. This gathering takes place within an old church in London; a rare and resonant setting where centuries of devotion, silence, and ceremony still linger in the walls. To play here is to rewrite history. To reclaim, reimagine and repurpose a place once defined by rules into one shaped by presence and choice. This is what makes the night unique: not just a party, but a transformative experience held inside architecture that was never meant for this — or perhaps that is exactly what it was meant for. As we inhabit this space, we do so with care — respecting the structure, the details, and the energy it holds. Move with awareness, leave no trace, and honour the container we are co-creating together. This is a space where rebellion is not chaos, but intention. In honour of the summer solstice, you're invited to partake in a sensual and celebratory offerings from our human table who will be laid with delicious treats. An exploration of pleasure, play and shared ritual. There are no prescribed roles here. No expectations. Only this: – Consent is absolute – Boundaries are respected – Judgment stays outside WHAT TO EXPECT – A guided welcome to ground the space and set intentions – Space to connect with fellow transgressors – DJ Our Echo weaving a continuous, immersive sonic journey, descending us into the darkness of full bodies surrender and release. – A human table, laid with delicious treats for you delight – A house Domme of sadistic tastes guiding a charged, consensual exploration of power, pleasure and play – Multiple monitored play spaces, equipped with furniture WHEN June 28th 4-10pm – Doors open at 4:00pm - Doors close at 4:45pm (no late entry) – Completion at 10:00pm _WHERE_ Secret North London Location **This venue is unique so you are asked to care for its privacy. By purchasing a ticket you’re agreeing to not disclose the location.** _Full venue address will be provided to ticket holders 24 hours before the event. _ _Contact host if more info is needed for planning._ DRESS CODE No street clothes are permitted. Lingerie, leather, rubber, latex, kink, fetish, magick are the vibe. Entry will be denied to anyone not adhering to the dress code. The atmosphere is dark, ritualistic, and unapologetically transgressive. Lace and leather, silk and skin, softness and edge — all coexist as sensual expression. You are invited to an evening of Conscious Connected Breathwork and Shamanic Journeying. Why? Because we all deserve a more easeful dance with our shadows, a richer embodiment of our radiant truth and an deeper connection with flow and abundance! **Conscious Connected Breathwork** Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformative self-healing practice that supports physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The practice can help you: - Develop self-awareness, acceptance and compassion. - Nurture a sense of grounding, presence and calm. - Access, release and better understand emotions that may be blocked, stuck or dormant - Better manage anxiety and stress. - Prevent burnout - Enhance focus and mental clarity. - Open a connection to spirituality and the divine. In life there are so many times, places, and societal cues that tell us we should suppress or control our emotions. Fully expressing sadness, grief and anger might be considered taboo. Embodying joy, happiness, and excitement might be deemed too loud. Each time we dial down our full expression we deny ourselves a connection with our truth, our fullness. Un- expressed emotion - “energy in motion” – is held in the body and interrupts mental, physical, emotional and spiritual flow. This often leads to a state of imbalance that ultimately impacts our quality of life. These sessions are an invitation to soften, release and let go of deeply ingrained patterns of thought, behaviour and being that may have prevented stepping into your full potential. As the relationship with the breath deepens so too does the relationship with self, as you are guided to a place of self-compassion, acceptance, forgiveness and love. Sessions include optional acupressure body mapping, which helps release tension and emotions that are held in the body, and allows energy to flow more freely. Participants are also invited to explore guided movement and sound, to allow space for the previously un-expressed to be expressed, to release built up energy, and to deepen the connection with the breath. **Guided shamanic journeying:-** Modern day core shamanism has its roots in the same methodologies as ancient and indigenous shamanic practices. How they are applied and practiced might differ, but the intent remains the same, to access our teachers and guides in non-ordinary reality, to access their wisdom and knowledge, to heal those in need in this reality. This includes the healing of our natural world and to help us walk in balance with the Earth. We would like to make this practice available to all communities, lifting the notions of mystery, and emphasizing our respect for all of the natural world recognizing our embedded relationship, we are the earth, the earth is us. This guided shamanic journey will complement and enhance the healing experience received through the breathwork practice. These sessions are trauma informed, and everything is an invitation. It’s a privilege to share this work, and our goal is to create spaces of safety and healing, and support a society where people thrive rather than simply survive. **You will need:** 1. Warm clothes and socks/slippers & a blanket to cover you whilst lying down 2. Water bottle 3. Notepad and pencil 4. Warm outdoor clothes to gather by the fire 5. Bandana, light scarf or eye cover **Health considerations** While breathwork can benefit many individuals, there are certain conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary. Please be aware that the following conditions are contraindicated for Conscious Connected Breathing: 1. History of seizures or epilepsy. 2. First Trimester of Pregnancy. 3. Detached retina or any eye condition which can be adversely affected by changes in internal pressure. 4. Psychotic episodes. It is also important for us to discuss: 5. Uncontrolled hypertension. 6. Angina / Cardiovascular disease. 7. High blood pressure 8. Heart attack / stroke 9. Arrythmia If you have any question feel free to get in touch on 07949 742 055

Join us for the second Women's Nature Dance of the 2026 season! This time we'll be gathering just before the full moon in Capricorn, often known as the Strawberry moon reflecting on the ripening of berries and abundance of early harvest. One week on from Summer Solstice we'll be gathering late afternoon to enjoy these longer Midsummer days, and maybe we'll be blessed with a glimpse of the almost full moon as we close our dance and stroll back to our cars. Imagine women’s circle meets ecstatic dance meets silent disco meets nature connection..this is it.. and on the beautiful dance floor/wild lands of Dartmoor! _ **✨ we know the divine magic and healing that women coming together creates. Let’s call it in.** _ _ **✨ we know the divine beauty and belonging that exists within our wider body of Nature. Let’s gather there. ** _ _ **✨ we know the divine wisdom our bodies hold, and how our bodies love to move. Let’s invite that** _ **🌹** With roses in full bloom this month **a special Rose offering will be included in the ticket price** so we can all drop in together with this beautifully sensual, local and seasonal plant medicine and ally as part of our dance journey. **Open your heart and blossom into your fullness with this offering of a Rose water spray to cleanse and anoint, a Tincture and special Rose Tea.** If you'd like to be kept in the loop of future Women's Nature Dances, I invite you to join the [Women's Nature Dance Whatsapp group](https://chat.whatsapp.com/GpYA0L1hBHwI9qDtGGSULb) - admin only posts. This enables us to enjoy the beautiful wild Dartmoor landscape without disturbing the natural environment or others walkers. 🚗 **Parking** - Bonehill Rocks car park, 15 mins from Ashburton. There are 3 car parks at Bonehill Rocks and a few grass verge spaces so there are options but not lots, so please do try to lift share as much as possible. 🌿 **Dartmoor Dance Floor** - 25-35 mins walk from car parks, exact location will be shared upon booking. I’ll meet you at dance location. The walk includes some up/downhill but not overly steep for long - our reward is expansive views with fewer walkers :) 👣 **Walk options** - Please give yourself plenty of time to park, walk and land at dance location by 5:30pm for our opening circle together. Further details for each of the below will be shared upon booking: - You may wish to make your own way - perhaps walk earlier, enjoy a picnic nearby. Maps pin for dance spot will be shared upon booking to support this. - You may prefer to walk with others and be guided - at 4:45pm a designated person will be walking from a meeting point, maps pin shared upon booking. 📞 Heads up no/limited phone signal at first two Bonehill car parks, and usually signal at third car park and dance location (this is true for me with Vodafone) #### **What to bring/wear** - Comfy clothes for walking and dancing - Plenty of water - A cup for the Rose tea - Snacks - Suncream, sun hat and warm layers for unpredictable Dartmoor weather - Maybe a head torch if you choose to stay later on the moor after the dance - If you’d like to: - Food to enjoy together afterwards if you’d like to continue soaking up the magic - Something for the alter space - Maybe an offering for the land to give thanks - Your intention for your dance #### #### **Timings** Please note timings are an indicator only and may vary slightly due to the variable nature of being outdoors. Often it can take time to land and settle in an outdoor environment. It's super helpful if people arrive on time and gather quickly when called to begin. Whilst I'll do my best to stay on schedule, I appreciate your patience if things run a bit later than expected. Thank you for your understanding! #### **Weather ** To be together outdoors in good weather is a JOY, and whilst we pray for this, ultimately we’re in the UK and can’t guarantee the weather. Also the weather in Dartmoor is particularly unpredictable. If weather forecast includes possibility of light rain we will go ahead. If forecast is heavy rain, and it is deemed too wet and/or too windy, an alternative location might be organised or the event postponed. I thank you in advance for your understanding. #### Health & Safety Please note that by booking a ticket for this event you acknowledge you accept full responsibility for your personal health and safety throughout this event, including the walk there/back and the dance itself. #### Refund Policy Please note tickets are non-refundable unless the dance is cancelled or postponed. In the event of a postponement, you will have the option to either keep your ticket for the rescheduled date or a future Women’s Nature Dance. #### **Reflection Sound Therapy:** An invitation to pause in the heat and reflect on the peak The solstice has passed and we're now in the full intensity of high summer. The heat is rising, the days are still long, and the energy can feel relentless. This Reflection Sound Therapy Session invites you to pause amidst the peak, to cool down from the intensity, and to reflect on what the solstice revealed. Through the resonant tones of sound and guided self-inquiry, you'll be supported to process the fire of these weeks, to find stillness in the heat, and to reconnect with what matters beneath the summer's urgency. This is a moment to step back from the pace and listen inward. This is a 90-minute Reflection Sound Therapy session held at St Anne's Church in Easton, Bristol. Rooted in the BAST Method, developed by the British Academy of Sound Therapy and woven through with the Cooper Sax 5Rs Model of Experiential Processing, this is sound as inquiry, not just rest. You don't just float through it. You leave with something real. **What to Expect Reflection Sound Therapy Session: This is sound as inquiry, not just rest.** A 90-minute therapeutic group session that goes beneath the surface. Using the resonant tones of any combination of: Gong, Himalayan and or Crystal singing bowls, and gentle percussion, these sessions weave sound with guided self-reflection and mindfulness practices, inviting you to notice, process, and gently shift what's been held below conscious awareness. We begin with warm tea and a grounding meditation, move into guided reflection supported by therapeutic sound, and close with integration time and nourishing treats to honour the inner work and bring you gently back to the present. This is sound as inquiry, not just rest. **How to Prepare** Please bring: - 🧘‍♀️ A yoga mat, blankets, and pillows - 🧦 Warm socks, an eye mask, and hot water bottle (recommended) - 💧 A bottle of water to stay hydrated - 📓 A little journal to record any thoughts or feelings that may arise You'll be invited to make yourself completely comfortable and allow the sound to do the work. **The Benefits of Sound Therapy** These sessions work on multiple levels. Physically, the sustained resonance of therapeutic sound can support nervous system regulation, helping shift you from fight-or-flight into genuine parasympathetic rest. Mentally and emotionally, spending intentional time in the liminal space between waking and sleep, the same threshold accessed through practices like Yoga Nidra, creates conditions for processing and release that don't require conscious effort or analysis. What people commonly report: - Deep rest that feels different from sleep, more restorative, more integrative - Release of tension (physical, emotional, or both) they didn't realize they were holding - A sense of clarity or perspective that emerges without forcing it - Feeling more present, grounded, and like themselves again Each experience is unique, the sound meets you exactly where you are, and what shifts will be what's ready to shift. **What makes these sessions different from other sound baths?** These aren't just sessions to relax in, though you will. Trained through the British Academy of Sound Therapy, I work with the BAST Method, which pairs therapeutic sound with guided self-reflection and mindfulness practices. This means the sound doesn't just soothe you; it invites you to notice, process, and shift what's been sitting beneath the surface. You leave not just rested, but changed. 📍 **Location** St Anne's Church, Easton St Leonard's Road, Greenbank, Bristol, BS5 6JN **Important Information** **Doors open at 5:45 and will be locked at 6pm for start of session** For safety reasons, please contact me before booking if you experience or relate to any of the following: - Less than 3 months pregnant - Metal plates in the body - Sound-induced epilepsy or seizures - A diagnosis of, or treatment for: clinical depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, PTSD, or any serious mental health condition - Recent surgery - Prone to anaphylaxis - Under 18 years of age Saying yes to any of the above doesn't necessarily mean you can't attend — I just ask for an open conversation beforehand to ensure this experience supports your wellbeing. **Exchange** Offered at a reduced rate of **15 GBP** **Invitation** Experience the healing power of sound and the quiet transformation that follows when we allow ourselves this time and space. _Yours_ Inner Adventure Guide_,_ **Liz** Life & Wellness Coach Sound Therapist \* Yogini \* Mountain Leader [www.inneradventureguide.com](http://www.inneradventureguide.com)

# **Life & Breath: Dreamshadow Transpersonal Breathwork Film Screening** ### **A special film screening and live Q&A exploring breathwork, altered states, and the transformative potential of embodied practice** What happens when we step beyond words and into direct experience? Breathwork has emerged as one of the most compelling approaches for exploring altered states of consciousness, emotional healing, and personal transformation. Yet despite its growing popularity, few people have had the opportunity to witness what actually unfolds inside a breathwork session. _Life & Breath_ offers a rare window into that world. This special online event features a full screening of the documentary, which follows participants, facilitators, and researchers as they navigate the profound experiences that can emerge through conscious breathing practices. The film moves beyond abstract discussions of healing and transformation, bringing viewers directly into the breathwork room and the human stories that unfold within it. Following the screening, we will be joined live by filmmaker Mustapha Khan and Dreamshadow founders Lenny and Elizabeth Gibson for a discussion exploring the themes raised by the film, the role of breathwork in contemporary wellbeing and psychedelic culture, and the experiential approach at the heart of the upcoming EPIC Dreamshadow Summer School workshop. Whether you are curious about breathwork, interested in altered states, or considering attending the summer school, this event offers a unique opportunity to engage with the people, practices, and ideas shaping this growing field. ### **What we’ll explore** - The transformative potential of breathwork and non-pharmacological altered states - What _Life & Breath_ reveals about healing, self-discovery, and human resilience - The emotional, psychological, and relational experiences that can emerge through breathwork practice - How breathwork intersects with psychedelic research, integration, and personal growth - The importance of embodied and experiential approaches to learning and transformation - The vision behind Dreamshadow and the EPIC Dreamshadow Summer School workshop - Audience questions and reflections with the filmmakers and facilitators ### **Why attend?** Psychedelic research is evolving rapidly, although some of the most of the conversation around altered states focuses on psychedelic substances. This event offers an opportunity to explore a different pathway—one rooted in the breath itself. Through a powerful documentary and live discussion with the people behind it, you'll gain an intimate insight into a practice that has helped many individuals access profound states of awareness, emotional release, and personal growth. You'll also have the opportunity to meet the team behind Dreamshadow, learn more about their work, and discover how experiential learning is being integrated into one of the most innovative psychedelic education programmes currently emerging in the UK. Whether you're a researcher, clinician, student, practitioner, or simply curious about the frontiers of consciousness and human potential, this promises to be a rich and thought-provoking evening. # Speakers ### Mustafa Khan ![](https://r2.dandelion.events/2026/06/06/13/00/10/c4589d17-7434-4694-9fce-03421ead3ea1/42ce6eed-8beb-4f9c-92a5-d14fae28a71d.jpeg) Mustapha Khan is an Emmy Award-winning American director of uniquely inspiring narrative, documentary and television films. Kundalini Activation is more than just a spiritual practice; it's a journey into the depths of your being. IG @maii\_wellbeing\_uk Join us to harness the energy of the full moon from the comfort of your own home. Kundalini Activation is a profound spiritual practice that awakens the dormant life force energy at the base of the spine. The feminine, creative and evolutionary force within, this intelligent energy initiates deep energetic and internal shifts when activated within a safe, intentionally held space. Online sessions carry the same transmission, the same depth, the same potential for transformation. Energy is not limited by location. Many people find that being in their own environment — somewhere already familiar and safe — allows them to surrender more fully than they might in a group setting. This is not about forcing intensity. It is about creating the right conditions for your body and energy system to open naturally. **What Happens During a Session** You will need a comfortable space to lie down — your bed, your sofa, your yoga mat. Close your eyes, put your headphones in, and allow yourself to be guided through a curated music journey. Through energetic resonance, your body's energy and nervous system are gently activated. The emphasis is on surrender rather than effort. No experience is necessary. No preparation beyond showing up. Experiences vary and may include: - Spontaneous movement - Waves of energy or sensation - Emotional release - Visual imagery - Deep stillness or relaxation For some the experience feels subtle and regulating. For others, expansive and transformative. The process unfolds according to individual readiness — whether you are in London or on the other side of the world. **Potential Benefits** - Release of stored emotional tension - Greater clarity and self-awareness - Increased creativity and spiritual connection - Nervous system settling - Reduced anxiety and overwhelm - Greater vitality and alignment Integration may continue in the days following the session. **What You'll Need** - A quiet, comfortable space to lie down - Headphones (recommended) - A blanket - To not be disturbed for the duration **Important Considerations** Not suitable for those with serious psychological or neurological conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, epilepsy or active psychosis, or during the third trimester of pregnancy. If unsure, please get in touch before booking. _Kundalini Activation is an invitation into deeper self-awareness and embodied awakening — available to you wherever you are._

**Mother & Baby Circle** ~ For the mother looking to connect back to herself and be witnessed by other mothers through the ebbs and flows of motherhood ~ Mama, do most of your conversations with other mothers focus solely on your baby’s milestones? Mama, are you looking to reconnect with your identity as a woman, rather than just as a mother? Mama, do you long to be seen and held by other mothers whilst you share your inner thoughts, struggles and triumphs? Mama, do you long for a space where your needs are prioritised but the motherbaby bond is still respected? **If any of this is resonating with you Mama, then we welcome you and your little one into this mother & baby sanctuary, just as you are!** What to expect in our time together? - Time to prioritise yourself during this wild ride of motherhood, whilst still including your baby - Some gentle movement, sound and breathwork to ground into your body - Time for a sacred pause and self-reflection - An opportunity to share anything that has been coming up for you with the other mothers in circle - A delicious homemade treat and warm drink served to you **Time: 10am – 11:30am (tea and snacks from 11am)** **Dates: Last Monday of the month** **Venue: Quakers Meeting House, Bedminster** **Price: £10 per circle** **All babes under 2 years are welcome ** Your facilitator: **Nicole (@the.grounded.mama)** Hi, I’m Nicole, mama to my 2-year-old son, Oakley. After becoming a mother, I felt that the conversations with other mothers at these mom and baby groups focused mostly on our babies and we never got to talk about the challenges that us as women were experiencing as we navigated this major transition into motherhood. I longed for a space to go deeper, but I also wanted the ease of not having to think about where to leave my baby. I wanted to include him. And so one night (in the dark of the night after yet another 3am feed), the idea for the Mother & Baby Circle was born.

A hangfürdő mélyen pihentet, lazítja a merev izmokat, igazi testi-lelki feltöltődést, lelki terhek letételét, felszabadulását hozhatja magával. Alig várjuk, hogy együtt töltsük ezt a felemelő napot! The intense heat during sauna ceremonies triggers a heat-shock response in the body, bringing your focus fully into the here and now. It creates a pure, elevated state in which everything truly important to you can emerge. About the sound bath: Sound therapy—and its combination with women’s rituals and energy work—has been a deep passion in Vani’s life for nearly 9 years. The Tibetan singing bowl “sound massage” is one of the most nurturing alternative therapies, and singing bowls are among the most effective sound therapy tools. Not only are their tones meditative, but their vibrations have a healing and refreshing effect on the entire body-mind-spirit system. Since our bodies are approximately three-quarters water, the powerful sound vibrations travel through this medium at a cellular level, providing a gentle cellular massage, supporting detoxification, and enhancing all physiological processes. In deep relaxation, the body’s self-healing processes become even more activated. The sound bath offers profound rest, relaxes tight muscles, and can bring true physical and emotional renewal, helping you release emotional burdens. If you have any requests or questions, feel free to reach out to us with trust. We can’t wait to spend this uplifting, cloud-nine kind of day together! ♡ With love, Ildi & Vani

Drop me an email at [rootedwithbethan@gmail.com](mailto:rootedwithbethan@gmail.com) if you have any questions. Would love to drum with you soon! Bethan xx P.S. **if you are looking to birth/make your own drum** , myself and a dear friend Toni are holding drum birthing days, throughout the Autumn. Take a look below! ❤️ [Monday 14th September](https://dandelion.events/e/drumbirthingaveburysept) - The Henge Shop, Avebury, Wiltshire [Sunday 11th October](https://dandelion.events/e/drumbirthingwestonbirt) - Westonbirt Arboretum, Tetbury, Gloucestershire **(the one you're on!)** [Saturday 7th November](https://dandelion.events/e/drumbirthingaveburynovember) - The Henge Shop, Avebury, Wiltshire 🌿 **Rooted | Gatherings inspired by the rhythms of nature** 🌿 [**Browse all my events here**](https://dandelion.events/o/rooted/events) (sound baths, yoga, drumming circles & more) Instagram & Facebook: [@rootedwithbethan](https://www.instagram.com/rootedwithbethan/) Subscribe to my mailing list [here](https://dandelion.events/o/yogawithbethan). (I also hold 1:1 and private events, drop me a message if you'd like to find out more) **A bit more about me:** Bethan, a yoga, sound and drum circle facilitator, holds spaces to bring people together to ground and gather, whilst having fun and building connection to ourselves and those around us in a way that feels real, welcoming and supportive. She came to yoga when she began to fall out of love with the general fitness world, and it has been a huge part of her journey with chronic pain, providing mobility and strength she otherwise may have never had. Her discovery of sound healing, and then especially when re-discovering the drum, felt like a real homecoming. Not gatekeeping music and sound to the performative world where you have to be “good at it”, instead opening this up for all of us to feel into its transformational power. Bethan believes sound has an unbelievable ability to bring us into presence, release stress and find connection or clarity. Whether a fluid flow, a restorative sound bath or an energising drumming circle, her offerings take deep inspiration around the lunar cycles and the seasons, as Bethan believes that nature and our land has so much to show us. Hence why outside of these spaces you’ll usually find her in the water, way out in the countryside (likely lost) or drumming around the stones of Avebury!

Join us for an evening devoted to the energy of the Full Moon, dedicated to experiencing inner peace and relaxation while you float away on the vibrations of the gong and crystal bowls. The full Moon encourages us to let go of what no longer serves us and is a perfect time to practice self-care, self love and compassion. It is a time to journey inwards and release old habits, so we can step into the second half of this cycle with a renewed sense of clarity. Float away as calming vibrations wash over you and feel the benefits of reaching altered states of consciousness, improved sleep, deep relaxation, reduced stress levels, creative insight, and a sense of lightness and peace. Join us to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, unwind, release tension, and restore your mind and body. Experience the healing power of sound. Your event host, Georgie, will guide you through a Soundbath of reset, divine inner-connection and chakra cleansing whilst you release and reset at this Full Moon. This Monday night sound bath will guide you into a higher state of vibration and allow you to release anything holding you back so you can move forward with a sense of lightness and peace. Who is this sound journey for? - Anyone looking to gain a renewed sense of peace and clarity - Anyone seeking to improve their mental, physical and energetic health - Anyone seeking to reduce stress levels and improve sleep - Anyone who enjoys the benefits of meditation, or who would like to meditate but find it hard to switch off and calm the mind - Anyone seeking to release any stagnant energy, beliefs, patterns or habits - Anyone seeking to practice self-care, self love and compassion How does sound healing work? Every part of the human body, energetic system and energy field naturally resonate with a different harmonic frequency. When exposed to this frequency during a sound bath, each part has the capacity to match that tone and attune itself to its original state of wellness and optimum functionality. During deep meditative states that are reached with sound healing, the body has the ability to heal itself on a cellular level.

# Mantra Mondays with Dilraj Kaur Mantra Mondays are an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect through the practice of mantra meditation. I am Dilraj Kaur — a wife, mother of two, yoga teacher, and leader of Peterborough's largest people-powered social justice organisation, Peterborough Citizens. At the heart of everything I do is a devotion to love, service, community, and the lifelong practice of connecting to something greater than myself. My relationship with kirtan, mantra, and devotional practice began at the age of eight. For the past seventeen years, I have dedicated myself to studying scripture, exploring wisdom traditions, and learning how to live a life rooted in practice, contemplation, and oneness. My path is grounded in Sikh philosophy and its understanding of the Divine present within all of creation, whilst remaining open to the wisdom that can be found wherever people sincerely dedicate themselves to love, service, humility, and truth. I believe wisdom is not only found in moments of peace and devotion, but also in chaos, challenge, and suffering. Often it is through life's greatest difficulties that we are invited to soften, surrender, and remember who we truly are. In the darkness, we learn to seek the light; in suffering, we uncover the teachings that bring us home to love. I do not claim perfection. I am a lifelong student of the universe, learning through experience, mistakes, humility, and practice. I believe that reflective living, personal accountability, contemplation, and daily meditation are powerful pathways to deeper connection with the Divine and with one another. Meditation has taken many forms throughout my life — singing, silence, prayer, movement, walking, breathwork, and the moment-by-moment practice of returning to presence. Again and again, these practices bring me back to love. Mantra Mondays offer a simple and accessible space to explore these ancient practices together. Through breath, sound, stillness, and reflection, we cultivate a deeper awareness of ourselves and our connection to life. Each session will include: • A gentle arrival and grounding • Connective breath practice • An introduction to the mantra and the wisdom behind it • Guidance in the meditation technique • Collective mantra singing to elevate and expand our shared frequency • Space to reflect and share our experiences over a cup of tea from the comfort of our own homes The invitation is not simply to attend a weekly gathering, but to commit to a daily practice and discover what unfolds through consistency, devotion, and presence. Then, on 11th July, we will gather in person (Peterborough, Cambridgeshire) for a community celebration — a chance to connect face-to-face, share food, sing, dance, and honour the journey we have taken together. Whether you are completely new to meditation or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome. If you feel called to join us, please book your place via the Dandelion link. With love, Dilraj

Move your Body, Free your Mind Nia somatic movement classes bring a powerful combination of mindfulness, guided gentle dance and music, which can be transformational for body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Each class is carefully crafted with two warm up songs, tracks in the middle that gently increase your heart rate and then some slower songs at the end which incorporate an element of moving on the floor. Additional embodiment practices, meditation and/or visualisation are included in my 90 minute classes. All body sizes and shapes welcome. Adaptable to your body and level of intensity you desire - learning to tune in to your body's way. No experience needed, just come exactly as you are.
